Privacy notice

TFD Site Services respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through this website we collect the details you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message.

Why we collect it

We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a quotation. We do not sell or share your information for marketing purposes.

How it is handled

Enquiries are sent securely through our web host, Cloudflare, to our office mailbox on Microsoft 365, and we email you a confirmation that your enquiry arrived. To stop spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical information about your browser and device; it is not used for advertising. Cloudflare and Microsoft may process information on servers outside South Africa under data-protection terms that give protection similar to POPIA. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to its processing. Contact our Information Officer at info@tfdirectory.co.za or on +27 56 811 2042. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
